About

From support to development

I started in customer support at Sistemas Cordon, helping real estate agencies, reproducing bugs and investigating data with SQL. That taught me to see software from the user's side. Since 2025 I have worked as a Full Stack Developer at the same company.

I especially enjoy problems where a system has to talk to the outside world: banks, city tax systems, WhatsApp. Most of what I have built involves integrations, background jobs and failure handling, and also getting it live: Linux servers, databases, scheduled tasks and backups.

Outside my job, I maintain my own systems, which already serve a customer in production. This portfolio is one of them: Laravel 13 and Filament, with its code open on GitHub.

Billing & Invoicing API

An API that centralizes bank slips (boleto), Pix instant payments, bill payments and service invoices for other systems. The client system makes a single call; the API talks to the bank or the city, stores the response and checks the payment on its own.

Private code. I can walk through the code and a live demo in an interview.

Integrations with Itaú, Sicoob, Inter, Caixa, Sicredi and Banco do Brasil: boleto, Pix, payments, statements and webhooks
Service invoices (NFS-e) through Brazil's national standard and city systems, with the invoice PDF rendered by the API itself
Multi-company, with JWT authentication per system credential and a digital certificate per company
Batch sending, slip registration and payment reconciliation as background jobs on the Laravel scheduler
Admin panel to follow slips, invoices and credentials
Deployed on an Ubuntu VPS: Nginx, PHP 8.4, MySQL 8, SSL, cron and daily backups

Work order management for maintenance companies, from the service request to the invoice.

Multi-tenant, with a separate database for each company
Admin panel and a mobile app for technicians (PWA) with photos, customer signature and a job timer
Equipment tracked by QR code, with preventive maintenance opened automatically

A multi-company WhatsApp customer service platform I developed as a developer at Sistemas Cordon. The product belongs to the company.
